（中央社記者林宏翰高雄26日電）有17年歷史的高雄市澄清湖棒球場今年8月封館，重新鋪設內外野全新的排水工程，耗資新台幣4895萬元。

高雄市體育處今天邀請媒體參觀場地施工情況，原本觀眾席環繞的紅土、草皮現在是大型工地，取而代之的是灰白色砂石、大型怪手進駐，正在進行底層的碎石、排水管的鋪設。

體育處長黃煜表示，草坪排水不良、場地凹凸不平的問題，從民國104年10月開始，體育處就展開全方位「體檢」，邀集各領域專家6次場堪提出解決方案。

教育部體育署提供2800萬元經費補助，加上高雄市政府提撥2095萬元，在今年8月封館施工。

這次棒球場「體檢」不只是看表面，而是探鑽下挖取樣，發現早期是鋪設砂質壤土，吸水黏結後，顆粒之間沒有縫隙排水，再加上排水管上方有一層不織布，原本用意是防止土壤流失，但砂土堵塞、阻擋了水往下流，無法從排水管排出。

新的排水工程參考美國職棒大聯盟球場、高爾夫球場，向下挖除50公分，由下而上鋪碎石層、清碎石、粗砂、細砂、百慕達草，改善土壤堅硬的問題，讓雨水能順利抵達下層的排水管。

球場翻修面積達1萬3620平方公尺，深度50公分，清運出的紅土450公噸再生利用，運給高雄市內的7座學校簡易球場使用。

球場下方的排水工程難得曝光，可以見到黑色的排水管以魚骨狀配置管線。目前從外野到內野鋪設25公分的碎石層，預計在明年3月職棒球季開打前，完成草坪鋪設、養護。

黃煜表示，場地完工之後，除了爭取大型國際賽，也將在11月拜會職棒球團，報告場地整建狀況，尋求更多職棒賽安排在澄清湖，對於企業認養也是抱持開放態度，不過主體建築漏水的問題，仍待進一步解決。1050926

據報導，台鐵產業工會昨天發起丟假單，9月15、16日將依法休假，理事長王傑說，依台鐵現行規定，運務員須在1週前提出，丟假單行動主要是告知資方不要排他們班，預計上千人響應，另在今天下午赴行政院陳情。

行政院發言人童振源最新表示，政院請台鐵繼續與員工溝通，希望在兼顧台鐵員工的權益以及中秋連續假期公共運輸的需求下，處理台鐵員工休假問題。

目前台鐵產業工會代表已進入行政院正與相關單位官員協商中，童振源表示若有進一步訊息會對外說明。

台鐵產業工會下午冒雨到行政院陳情，他們拉起「拒絕台鐵強迫加班，工會要求對等協商」大型布條，訴求拒絕中秋節強迫加班，並表示已準備會員所簽署的1800份「依法休假」聯署書遞交給行政院，就是要呼籲行政院作為上級單位，應確實監督交通部及台鐵，正視台鐵基層員工過勞事實。

工會強調基層員工長期承受人力不足、工時過長及身心俱疲，希望能與鐵路局對等協商，進一步補足人力、改善輪班制度及補足加班費，讓員工在更健康、專注的情況下提供服務。1050909
